Frequently Bought Together
The AGM CV Savers are an easy and inexpensive way to guarantee more of the grease you pump into your CV’s joint stays there. By preventing the grease from migrating out into your CV boot away from the CV joint, the AGM CV Saver ensures that the joint will remain lubricated and running cool for a longer period of time.
NOTE: works with Bates style over boots, only. (see boots and flanges for reference)
NOTE: 930 Single Boot CV Savers are not designed for high axle angle applications. Should you want to purchase this product and have 16 degrees or more of axle angle at full droop, it is advised to increase the center hole ID to accommodate the extra travel requirement.
NOTE: A reduction in service life may still occur with high axle angle applications. This is because the CV star will push out on the CV Saver disc, while the axle pulls down on the Disc simultaneously.
We currently make C.V. Saver kits for the following:
Pro-Am double boot hub and trans side flange
Generic 934 C.V. single boot flange w/bates style boot

HOW CAN I TELL IF THE CV SAVERS WILL WORK ON MY 930 C.V. BOOT FLANGES?
The easiest way to tell if the 930 C.V. Saver kit is going to work with your current C.V. boot flange is to take a look at your C.V. and boot assembly when it is mounted in the car. If you're C.V. boot covers your C.V. bolts then you have a Bates style boot flange and the C.V. Saver will work on your current flange. But if you can see you C.V. bolts when everything is installed in the car then you have the small style boot flange and the C.V. Savers will not work with your existing flange as there is nowhere for the C.V. Savers to safely mount. But all is not lost. We offer the upgraded Bates style boot flange -pre-drilled & tapped- here on the website.
HOW CAN I TELL WHICH C.V. SAVER KIT IS RIGHT FOR MY 934 C.V.’S?
First you must determine which C.V. Saver boot flange your car has. The quickest way to do this is to ask a knowledgeable friend, local parts or service facility or email us a few pictures of your C.V. boot flanges and we will help you out. Once you know which C.V. boot flange you have it’s as simple as looking for that brand on our website. But if you still have questions you can talk with your local distributor or email us. Send all photos and/or questions to email@example.com
