It is cool along with the jack rod. I bought one for each of my jacks, the jack rod doesn’t fit tight as I thought it should. Rolling jack out of it bumps the rod falls out. I haven’t dug into it to see if it’s me or the product. But overall I’m happy.
I got your email about shipping but it is still i. Transit after 21 days
We apologize for the shipping delay. It looks like the order shipped the same day it was placed, however we see in the 'tracking details' on the UPS website that the shipment was marked 'undeliverable' on the 15th. It was then rerouted to a local 'UPS Store AccessPoint' for pickup. That UPS store is located at 825 Roosevelt Trail in Windham. Incase you needed more info, we have also sent you an email with screen shots from UPS.
Was looking for something like this when I first purchased Jack. Happy they actually came up with one.
